If there’s one positive thing about the past few years it’s that you can get fit and healthy at home for free. Those Youtube fitness channels are growing like mushrooms. You blink there’s one over here, another over there. And most of them, are really high-quality. No talking, no sharing the trainer’s life’s story (not that it’s a bad thing, but we all have limited time here). Just straight up great exercise routines to get you sweating and make you stronger.
Best Youtube Fitness Channels
I’m not saying the other workout Youtube channels on this list or on the internet, aren’t amazing, but the following three are my go-to choices for challenging workouts that always leave me feeling amazing, make me sweat and help me build strength.
Personally, this is probably my favorite workout channel on Youtube. I’m doing Heather’s workouts almost every day and I especially love her full-body low impact workouts, because I’ve got bad joints since I was a kid. Her workouts leave me drowned in sweat. Heather’s also got multiple workout programs on her channel for free, so go over there and subscribe.
I love, love Caroline’s channel just as much as Heather’s. It’s a bit different though, because I love Caroline’s workouts specifically for building strength in a specific body part. For example, I have very bad neck and shoulder pain from spending a lot of time on the computer, What has really surprised me is how much her intense shoulder and arms workouts have helped me with that. The workouts are intense, but time seems to be flying! Caroline also has many, many workout programs on her channel and they’re no joke, so go ahead and subscribe there too!
Honestly, I haven’t tried many of the workouts on this channel, but it has some really nice high-intensity workouts and the video style is similar to the other two Youtube channels that I love – no talking, just exercise. You can subscribe here.

I always try to include some stretching and yoga into my weekly routine! I do anywhere between 10 and 30 minutes and I love the yoga routines these Youtube creators share.
Barre & Pilates Youtube Channels
Pilates and barre are amazing! I used to go to Pilates classes at least twice a week for many years and I loved how it made me feel. Calm, confident and strong in my body. However, then I moved away and haven’t been able to find good classes nearby. Guess what I’ve found though? I love barre too! And many great creators on Youtube that offer amazing classes for free!

Make Your Own Workout Plan
These are some of my favorite workout channels on Youtube that I follow to make my own weekly workout plans. I usually do about 30 minutes of exercise every morning, I find it helps me stay consistent and helps me focus better throughout the day. No neck pain, no distractions, after that 30-minute morning workout I am happy and productive.
I highly recommend making your own workout plan, but you can of course also follow along with the workout schedules that some of these trainers share on their channels.

What You’ll Need
If you’re new to working out, start with no-equipment workouts! Once you get stronger and these workouts become easier, challenge yourself to do something out of your comfort zone, so you can progress. Try some more intense or longer workouts or add weights.
